THE CHALLENGE
Before partnering with Vagabond, AMBR London had a strong product and a clear vision, but lacked a defined brand identity and a solid marketing foundation. The client's aim was to drive growth through a performance-focused marketing strategy aimed at increasing website traffic, boosting conversions, and improving overall return on ad spend. As a new brand, there were no acquisition funnels, no performance data to inform strategy, and few creative assets optimised for conversion. The core challenge was transforming clear potential into scalable, profitable growth.
Understandably, the client approached the partnership with caution. With no proven track record in paid media and past attempts to drive sales falling short, there was uncertainty around the viability of a performance-led strategy. There was also hesitancy to invest in ad spend without guaranteed results. Vagabond’s structured, insight-led approach helped build trust early on, setting the stage for long-term, sustainable growth.
THE SOLUTION
To transform AMBR London’s early potential into scalable, sustainable growth, we built a full-funnel, cross-platform strategy from the ground up. With no historical data, we prioritised rapid learning loops leveraging Meta’s Andromeda AI and broad signal-led targeting to give the algorithm the best chance to learn, optimise, and scale. This ensured each asset had room to perform before we scaled or replaced it. Early-stage insight gaps were bridged using Willbot, enabling us to make data-informed decisions from the outset.
In a saturated “dupe” market, we repositioned AMBR as the accessible luxury alternative, emphasising quality, sophistication, and premium storytelling to break the mould of typical dupe-brand advertising. Our messaging and visuals consistently signalled elevated value, helping the brand stand out from low-quality competitors.
Cross-platform collaboration was central to success. We created a real-time feedback loop where TikTok’s top-performing hooks fed directly into Meta’s Advantage+ campaigns, while Google Ads captured high-intent search demand generated by social discovery. This intelligence-sharing created a cohesive ecosystem where every channel amplified the others.
To manage operational complexity, we implemented automation workflows, used Locker Studio for creative asset management, and ran weekly syncs between media and creative teams. This ensured agility, fast iteration, and consistent alignment, allowing us to scale what worked, adapt quickly, and drive strong, measurable growth across all key metrics.
RESULTS
Over 4 months, AMBR London saw +332% month-on-month revenue growth and a 32% increase in conversion rates (June–August 2025), with sustained ROAS and higher AOV through strategic bundling. High session volumes were driven by unified, algorithm-led targeting across Meta, TikTok, and Google, powered by Advantage+ campaigns and optimised creative.
Beyond the numbers, Vagabond transformed AMBR from zero performance history into a standout “luxury dupe” brand. Data-led creative, emotionally resonant messaging, and a structured multi-channel approach strengthened brand trust and client confidence.
