At Vagabond, We know that client satisfaction is of the utmost importance. The purpose of this role is to assist in greater flexibility and capacity for our team to ensure client demands are consistently met.

As Junior designer, your role is to assist the team in developing concepts and creating impactful design for digital media and occasionally print.

You will be expected to:

• Create impactful and engaging designs for clients across a broad range of industries 
• Handle several projects simultaneously in a time-sensitive manner
• Collaborate with other team members to develop ideas for new campaigns
• Test and develop designs to drive customer attraction
• Be actively involved in campaign research

The ideal candidate:

• Has a spectacular portfolio showcasing their creative abilities through communication and design
• Is highly experienced in using Adobe Creative Suite
• Is keen to learn and expand skills in motion graphics using After Effects and Adobe Premiere (if no current experience)
• Has A-level qualifications or equivalent experience in design
• Has a great eye for detail
• Thinks outside the box and is unafraid to explore and experiment
• Has a real interest in the latest design trends and social culture

Desirable skills (Not necessities):

• Has experience designing for social media
• An understanding and interest in marketing principles
